The Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing new business relationships with clients who require international eCommerce shipping solutions and integrated fulfilment services. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth by securing new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
•New Business Acquisition: 
Proactively identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce industry who can benefit from our international parcel delivery and fulfilment solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Confidently present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
The Applicant
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their continued growth and satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
Monitor account performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
•Teamwork: 
Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and across departments to achieve shared goals.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
•Market Knowledge: 
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the eCommerce and logistics sectors.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications and Experience:
•Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on international eCommerce and/or logistics solutions.
•Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and fulfilment operations.
•Experience with 3PL and/or 4PL service offerings is highly desirable.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
•Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
