Regional Commercial Manager - Pallet Logistics
£45,000 - £60,000 OTE £70k

You will need to be a dynamic, enthusiastic and self-driven individual to join our client’s team.
This is a Commercial and Operational Manager role and you will be responsible for ensuring the company service and volume levels are achieved at all times whilst listening to partners and striving to exceed their expectations.
You will also support in assisting your partners in generating new business to ensure that our client meets and exceeds their pallet volume and profit targets.
Identifying key areas of sales potential within the region be it from the partner or by mutual consent and with full dialogue direct corporate sales. Liasing with the partner with the purpose of utilising telesales support or the RCM,s support directly to win business , achieving and exceeding wherever possible the partners preset volume targets. Periodic review of those targets with the partner in the forum of a formal review.
You will manage and review existing partners and when required manage the process of identifying and selection of new strategic partners.
This role will also involve assisting existing partners to secure strategic clients sending pallet deliveries through a pallet network.
Experience working for one of the UK's pallet network / parcel / postal / specialist logistics providers.
5 years commercial business to business experience.
Quality relationship building skills with good communication skills.
Thriving under pressure you will be capable of managing multiple priorities and working to critical commercial deadlines and operational objectives.
